摘 要:黄铜中添加一定量铅元素,显著提升了材料的切削性能、耐磨性能,广泛应用于机械工程中各种连接件、阀门、阀杆轴承保持中,其中阀门坯料、制锁业、钟表业是三大重要市场。而铅几乎不固溶于铜锌二元合金,以游离状态弥散地分布固溶体中,沿晶界聚集分布易导致铅黄铜在热加工、冷加工过程中出现开裂现象,本文主要是通过研究铅黄铜HPb59-1冷、热加工过程中裂边形成机理,进而控制或减轻裂边的产生。The addition of a certain amount of lead element in brass can significantly improve the cutting performance and wear resistance of the material.It is widely used in mechanical engineering to maintain various connectors,valves and valve stem bearings.Among them,valve blank,lock industry and watch industry are three important markets.However,lead almost does not dissolve in Cu Zn binary alloy.It is dispersed in the solid solution in the free state.It is easy to cause the cracking of lead brass in the process of hot working and cold working due to the aggregation and distribution along the grain boundary.In this paper,the formation mechanism of crack edge of lead brass HPb59-1 during cold and hot working is studied to control or reduce the crack edge.
