腹部按摩配合耳穴压豆护理干预对抗精神病药物致便秘患者不良情绪、生活质量和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察腹部按摩配合耳穴压豆护理干预对抗精神病药物致便秘患者不良情绪、生活质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取240例抗精神病药物致便秘患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各120例。对照组给予常规西医护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予腹部按摩联合耳穴压豆护理。比较2组临床疗效、Wexner便秘评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组89.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组Wexner便秘评分、SAS评分、HAMD评分、生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组Wexner便秘评分、SAS评分、HAMD评分低于护理前,生活质量评分高于护理前;且观察组Wexner便秘评分、SAS评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组85.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩联合耳穴压豆对抗精神病药物致便秘患者具有良好的临床疗效,可改善排便情况和不良情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of abdominal massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans on unhealthy emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs.Methods:A total of 240 cases of patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,120 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western nursing,and the observation group was additionally treated with abdominal massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,scores of Wexner Continence Grading Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and quality of life,as well as nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group,higher than that of 89.17% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,compared the scores of Wexner,SAS,HAMD and quality of life,there was no significance in the difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of Wexner,SAS and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of quality of life were higher;in the observation group,the scores of Wexner,SAS and HAMD were lower than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life was higher;differences being significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 95.83% in the observation group,higher than that of 85.83% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of abdominal massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans has good clinical effect for patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs,which can improve defecation,unhealthy emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
