枳实消痞丸联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实消痞丸联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效及对血清胃肠激素的影响。方法:将88例FD患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组44例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用枳实消痞丸治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性率,以及治疗前后血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、生长抑素(SS)、一氧化氮(NO)等胃肠激素变化,并统计2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.9%,对照组为65.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者Hp阳性率均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者血清5-HT较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血清SS、NO较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且治疗组上述各项激素水平改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳实消痞丸联合胃运动调节药物治疗FD临床疗效确切,可显著降低患者Hp阳性率,有效改善胃肠激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhishi Xiaopi pills combined with trimebutine maleate for functional dyspepsia(FD)and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones in serum.Methods:A total of 88 cases of FD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Zhishi Xiaopi pills based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the positive rates of helicobacter pylori(Hp)and the changes in gastrointestinal hormones including 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),somatostatin(SS)and nitric oxide(NO)in serum in the two groups were observed and compared.The clinical effect in the two groups was counted.Results:The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 65.9% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rates of Hp in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the one in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 5-HT levels in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of SS and NO in serum were decreased(P<0.05);the improvement of the above indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zhishi Xiaopi pills combined with medicines that regulate gastric motility for FD has definite curative effect,and can significantly reduce positive rates of Hp and effectively improve levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
