摘　　要：目的:观察通窍明目汤辅治视网膜中央静脉阻塞血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:90例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组均用卵磷脂络合碘片治疗,观察组加用通窍明目汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组视力、视野、视觉诱发电位(VEP)、血液流变学指标、中医证候积分均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍明目汤辅治视网膜中央静脉阻塞血瘀型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction in treating central retinal vein occlusion with blood stasis type.Method:According to the random number table method,90 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lecithin complexed iodine tablets,and the observation group were treated with Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction in addition.Result:After treatment,the eyesight,visual field,visual evoked potential(VEP),hemorheology indexes,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion with blood stasis type.
