摘　　要：就业是民生之本,随着高校生源的不断扩招、国家经济体制的改革、社会对人才要求的不断上升,大学生面临的就业形势日趋严峻,尽管双创政策的推行、高校就业指导中心的充分发挥能有效缓解就业压力,但就业的核心在于如何发挥就业服务体系的功能,提升大学生的就业能力,帮扶大学生实现高质量就业,从而带动社会发展,创造更多岗位。而双螺旋理论的引入,以新的理论视角,探索并弥补就业服务体系的不足,创新大学生就业服务体系理念、机制与培养模式,实现全员化、全过程化、专业化的动态培养。Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.With the increasing enrolment of college students,the reform of the state economic system,and constantly rising social demand for talents,the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more severe.Despite the implementation of the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and although the full play of the employment guidance center in colleges and universities can effectively alleviate the employment pressure,the core of employment lies in how to give play to the function of employment service system,improve the employability of college students,help college students to achieve high-quality employment,so as to drive social development and create more jobs.The introduction of the double helix theory,from a new theoretical perspective,explores and makes up for the deficiencies of the employment service system,innovates the concept,mechanism and training mode of the employment service system for college students,and realizes whole-staff,whole-process and professional dynamic training.
