摘 要:目的探讨护士工作压力管理在疼痛科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月—2019年6月该院疼痛科22名护理人员作为研究组,选择2016年5月—2017年5月该院疼痛科22名护理人员作为对照组。以上均为同一组护理人员。对照组采取传统护理管理方案,研究组在此基础上应用护士工作压力管理。自拟护理人员自我压力评测量表,对两组工作压力进行评价。同时,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑制自评量表(SDS)对比两组护理人员的心理状况的变化。结果研究组对工作环境、工作内容、工作管理、工作效率、工作心得的压力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组SAS与SDS量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士工作压力管理在疼痛科护理管理中具有显著的应用效果价值,能够有效缓解护理人员的工作压力,改善其心理状况,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of nurses'work stress management in pain management.Methods From June 2017 to June 2017,22 nurses in the hospital's pain department were selected as the research group,and from May 2016 to May 2017,22 nurses in the hospital's pain department were selected as the control group.The above are the same group of nursing staff.The control group adopted the traditional nursing management plan,and the research group applied nurses'work pressure management on this basis.Self-made nursing staff self-stress evaluation measurement table to evaluate the working pressure of the two groups.At the same time,the changes in the psychological status of the two groups of nursing staff were compared by the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS)and Suppression Self-Assessment Scale(SDS).Results The pressure scores of the research group on work environment,work content,work management,work efficiency,and work experience were all lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The SAS and SDS scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Nurses’work stress management has a significant value in the application of pain management.It can effectively alleviate the work pressure of nurses and improve their psychological status,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
