摘　　要：狗牯脑茶是产于江西省遂川县的半烘炒型名优绿茶,曲勾形。依据狗牯脑茶的传统手工工艺,选择先进的茶叶加工设备,建设的清洁化狗牯脑茶机械化加工生产线,解决了茶叶生产过程中用工不足、茶叶品质不稳定等问题,有效提高了茶叶加工的产能和茶叶质量。Guogu'nao tea with curved hook shape,is a famous half baking green tea produced in Suichuan,Jiangxi Province.Based on the traditional manual processing method,a clean mechanical production line of Gougu'nao green tea with the advanced tea processing machines we established.The application of the clean mechanical technology,could resolve the problems of labor shortage and quality instability of tea products,enlarge effectively the capacity of tea processing,and improve tea quality.
