摘  要:高校体育教师职业倦怠问题的出现,不但会危害高校体育教师的心理健康和精神健康,同时还会影响高校体育教学活动的质量和效率。因此,该文就结合高校体育教学实际分析了工作压力过大、高校体育教学改革中教师主体意识的弱化以及高校体育教师评价体系的不合理等容易导致高校体育教师职业倦怠的原因,并提出了有针对性的解决策略。The occupational burnout of physical education teachers in colleges and universities will not only harm the mental health and mental health of physical education teachers,but also affect the quality and ef f iciency of physical education teaching activities in colleges and universities.Therefore,based on the practice of physical education in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of physical education teachers,such as excessive work pressure,the weakening of teachers'subjective consciousness in the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,and the unreasonable evaluation system of physical education teachers,and puts forward some targeted solutions.
