摘　　要：民族高等教育政策是我国民族政策的有机组成部分。改革开放40年来,民族高等教育政策在实践中不断向前发展。文章在回顾和梳理改革开放以来我国民族高等政策发展脉络的基础上,对新时代民族高等教育政策的发展进行分析认为:铸牢中华民族共同体意识是民族高等教育政策的生命线,党的民族政策是达成民族高等教育政策目标的重要保障,新时代我国社会主要矛盾是完善民族高等教育政策的主要依据,民族工作的“两个结合”是民族高等教育政策创新的重要源泉。The national higher education policy is an important part of China's national policy.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,national higher education policies have continued to develop in practice.After reviewing and sorting out national higher education policies since reform and opening up,looking forward to the development of national higher education policies in the new era:cultivating the sense of the Chinese nation community is the lifeline of the national higher education policy;the national policy of the Communist Party of China is an important guarantee to achieve the national higher education policy goals;the main contradiction of our society in the new era is the main basis for improving the national higher education policy;the"two combinations"of national work is an important source of innovation in national higher education policies.
