摘　　要：贯彻落实习近平总书记提出的教育方针战略,发展内涵式教育是创新教育的出发点,高校建设的发展不应单单立足于优秀的师资力量,还应着重培养优秀的学生干部,发挥学生干部在学生教育中的引领和导向作用,对于促进人才培养及学风建设、教育发展具有重要的意义。the implementation of general secretary Xi Jinping's education policy strategy and the development of connotative education are the starting point of innovative education.The development of university construction should not only be based on excellent teachers'strength,but also focus on training excellent student cadres,giving play to the leading role and guiding role of student cadres in student education,and promoting the development of personnel training and style of study,and educational development.It's of great significance.
