摘　　要：高校转型发展培养应用型人才,凸显了实践教学的重要性,同时也对实践教学提出了新的要求。本文在分析了高校经管类专业实践教学所存在的问题基础上,重点探讨了模拟仿真实践教学对经管类专业实践教学的必要性。并以呼伦贝尔学院经管类专业为例,总结了模拟仿真实践教学的特色及教学改革创新点,提出今后改进措施和改革方向。The transformation and development of colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented students highlights the importance of practical teaching,and also raises new requirements for practical teaching.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the practical teaching of the economics and management specialties in Colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the necessities of the simulation practical teaching to related majors.Taking Hulunbuir university as an example,this paper summarizes the characteristics of simulation practical teaching and innovation points of teaching reform,and puts forward the improvement measures and reform direction in the future.
