红景天胶囊辅治老年痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红景天胶囊辅治老年痴呆的效果。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,实验组加用红景天胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分和日常生活能力评分(ADL)、治疗前后氧化应激指标水平和不良反应情况。结果:总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组Mo CA评分和ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组MDA低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组SOD、GSH-Px水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红景天胶囊辅治老年痴呆疗效较好,可提高MOCA评分和ADL评分,改善氧化应激指标,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of Hongjingtian Capsules in adjunctive treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated with Hongjingtian capsules in addition.The effective rate,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score and daily living ability(ADL)score,oxidative stress index levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MoCA score and ADL score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA of the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).SOD,GSH-Px level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hongjingtian Capsule has good curative effect on the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.It could enhance the MOCA score and ADL score and improve the oxidative stress index,with higher safety.
