摘　　要：目的研究CXCR2、CXCR4、CCR5、CCR7在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与颈淋巴转移的关系。方法收集口腔鳞癌组织标本108例及正常组织12例,其中发生颈淋巴转移的52例,未发生颈淋巴转移56例,分别进行CXCR2、CXCR4、CCR5及CCR7免疫组织化学染色,分析上述4种趋化因子受体在口腔鳞癌中的表达情况。结果 CXCR2、CXCR4、CCR5及CCR7在发生颈淋巴转移的口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达较高,分别为73.08%、82.69%、86.54%、76.92%。CXCR4、CCR5在未发生颈淋巴转移的口腔鳞癌中的表达要明显高于CXCR2和CCR7。上述4种趋化因子受体的在口腔鳞癌中的表达与年龄、性别无关。结论 CXCR2、CXCR4、CCR5及CCR7与口腔鳞癌的颈淋巴转移存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR2,CXCR4,CCR5 and CCR7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with cervical lymphatic metastasis.Methods A total of 108 oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected,of which 52 cases with cervical lymphatic metastasis and 56 cases without cervical lymphatic metastasis.Twelve normal tissues served as control.Immunohistochemical staining was performed to analyze the expression of CXCR2,CXCR4,CCR5,CCR7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Results The positive expression of CXCR2,CXCR4,CCR5 and CCR7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma with cervical lymphatic metastasis was higher than that in the control.The expression of CXCR4 and CCR5 in oral squamous cell carcinoma without lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that of CXCR2 and CCR7.The expression of the four chemokine receptors in oral squamous cell carcinoma was independent of age and gender.Conclusion CXCR2,CXCR4,CCR5 and CCR7 are closely related to cervical lymphatic metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
