摘 要:目的探讨临床常用方法对弯曲根管内氢氧化钙封药清除的效果。方法将50个根尖段弯曲约45°的树脂根管,用镍钛器械常规根管预备后,注入VITAPEX药物,CBCT扫描,计算根管内封药体积。随机分为5组:1组:超声荡洗30s;2组:超声荡洗60s;3组:超声荡洗120s;4组:超声荡洗30s联合使用镍钛器械清除;5组:超声荡洗30s联合使用针头反复回抽冲洗。清除后的各组根管重新扫描,计算根管内残留药物的体积比。结果与其他组别相比,超声荡洗30s联合使用镍钛器械,对根管内VITAPEX的清除最为彻底有效,根管壁表面氢氧化钙残留量差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声荡洗30s联合使用镍钛器械可有效去除弯曲根管根管壁表面的氢氧化钙封药。Objective To investigate the efficiency of five methods for the removal of Vitapex in curved root canal.Methods A total of 50 curved resin root canal were included in the study.After the routine root canal preparation with Nitinol instrument,Vitapex drug was injected and CBCT scanning was performed to calculate the volume of drug sealing in root canals.They were randomly divided into 5 groups,ultrasonic swabbing for 30s;ultrasonic swabbing for 60s;ultrasonic swabbing for 120s;ultrasonic swabbing for 30s combined with Nitinol instrument removal;ultrasonic swabbing for 30s combined with needle repeated back flushing.The volume ratio of residual drugs in the root canal was calculated.Results Compared with other groups,ultrasonic swabbing for 30s combined with Nitinol instrument was the most effective way to remove Vitapex in root canal,and the difference of calcium hydroxide residue on the surface of root canal was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic washing for 30s combined with Nitinol instrument can effectively remove calcium hydroxide from curved root canal.
