中国共产党领导力在政党外交中的作用探析

摘　　要：政党外交自始至终是在党中央和最高领导者的直接领导下运筹和实施的。无论是在革命、社会主义建设还是改革开放时期,中国共产党在政党外交方面的领导力极其显著而有效。这种领导力表现在排除外部干扰、维护自身独立性的能力;制定决策与指引航向的能力;纠正自身错误的能力;服务国家经济建设的能力;广交朋友、广结善缘的国际公关能力;国际上的政治引领能力,等等。中共在政党外交中的领导力是其自身的制度体制、思想文化、思维定式等多种因素综合作用的结果,并不是天然和永恒的,需要在实践中积累、在不断的改革创新中提升。The political party diplomacy has been planned and promoted under the direct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the supreme leader all the way.The leadership of the Communist Party of China in political party diplomacy has been very outstanding and highly efficient in the period of revolution,socialism construction or reform and opening up.The leadership has been shown in such abilities as to eliminate external interference and maintain own independence,to make decisions and direct course,to correct own mistakes,to serve national economic growth,to promote international public relation to make friends and make good connections and to play a leading role on international political stage,etc.The leadership of the Communist Party of China in political party diplomacy is the outcome of such factors as its own system,ideology and culture,and mindset,and should be accumulated in practice and promoted in continuous reform and innovation since that it isn't naturally formed or unchangeable.
