浅析半夏泻心汤古今应用

摘　　要：尽管半夏泻心汤主要用于消化系统疾病,如胃炎、消化性溃疡、腹泻等,但研究表明本方在其他系统疾病中也能收获良好的疗效.通过查阅中医古籍、万方及中国知网数据库,本文对半夏泻心汤的历代记载和当代应用进行综述,发现符合脾胃不和、寒热互结、气机升降失调等症候的疾病皆可使用本方,且常规西药治疗联合本方使用往往能提高疗效.Banxiaxiexin decoction,mainly used in the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal system,such as gastritis,peptic ulcer,and diarrhea,has been increasingly reported to be effective in the treatment of diseases of other systems as well.The applications of Banxiaxiexin decoction in both ancient and modern times are reviewed in this article by referring to ancient books of Chinese medicine and retrieving the recent relevant literature from CNKI and WANFANG databases.Banxiaxiexin decoction is effective in all diseases with one of the patterns of spleen-stomach disharmony,cold and heat in complexity,and disorder of Qi movement,etc.Moreover,in some cases,the combination of Banxiaxiexin decoction and conventional therapy proves more effective than conventional therapy alone.
