摘　　要：以某300MW机组给水泵勺管电动执行机构电源故障引发机组非计划停机为例,阐述了发电厂智能型电动执行机构发生电源故障,在恢复供电时存在阀位指令(阀门位置)与此时机组运行工况不协调引起机组运行参数大幅波动造成机组负荷大幅波动甚至发生非计划停运的隐患。通过提高电动执行机构电源故障时装置安全性的必要性分析及可采取的技术措施研究,提出了一种电动执行机构电源故障的保护方法及终端设备。This paper takes the unplanned shutdown of a 300MW unit which is caused by the power failure of the electric actuator in the spoon tube of feed water pump as an example to expound that after the power failure of the intelligent electric actuator in the power plant,the valve position directive is not coordinated with the operating condition of the unit during the power supply recovery,which causes the operation parameters of the unit to fluctuate greatly,resulting in the load fluctuating greatly and even the hidden danger of the unplanned shutdown of the unit.Through the analysis of the necessity of improving the safety of the device in case of power failure of the electric actuator and the study of the feasible technical measures,a protection method and terminal equipment for power failure of electric actuator are presented.
