从一则瞒报案例看报关人才培养的几个关键点

摘　　要：报关从业人员的综合素质和业务水平主要取决于报关院校的人才培养质量。如何充分利用报关与国际货运这个高等职业教育阶段的特有专业作为主要抓手,做好从“学生”到“员工”的思维方式转变引导工作,培养社会需要的高素质报关技术技能人才就显得尤为重要。本文以一则真实的瞒报案例作为切入点,从课程思政、职业精神、教学改革、教育理念和专业活动五个方面入手,以“育人”为核心思想,为报关人才培养拓宽思路、提供参考。The comprehensive quality and professional level of customs practitioners mainly depend on the quality of personnel training in customs colleges and universities.To make full use of customs declaration and international freight,a special specialty in the higher vocational education stage,good job in guiding the transformation of thinking mode from"students"to"employees",and high-quality international customs technical and technical talents needed are particularly important.This paper takes a real case of concealing report as the starting point,starting from five aspects of curriculum ideological and political,vocational spirit,teaching reform,educational concept and professional activities,taking"educate people"as the core idea,to broaden the thinking and provide reference for the training of customs declaration personnel training.
