摘  要:针对现场录井环境和岩屑样品的特殊性,在原γ录井仪的基础上,设计了新型岩屑自然γ录井仪的屏蔽体和岩屑装样盒的结构.新设计的屏蔽体整体质量67 kg,屏蔽效率93.9%,探测效率提高了3.6倍.设计了标准化的岩屑装样、测量和数据处理操作流程,使在岩屑样品质量不等时,获得一致的测量结果.在室内环境,测量的相对标准不确定度小于5%.在西部页岩气勘探现场,岩屑自然γ录井仪的测量数据与自然γ测井数据吻合较高,基本反映地层γ变化趋势.Aiming at the particularity of field mud logging environment and fine cutting samples»on the basis of the original gamma logging instrum ent,the shielding body of the new natural gamma logging instrum ent and the structure of the cutting packing box are designed.The newly designed shielding body has a total weight of 67kg,the shielding efficiency is 93.9%,and the cutting packing box makes a 3.6 times-fold improvement in detection efficiency.The standardized operations of cutting packing,measurement and data processing are designed to obtain consistent measurement results when the weight of cutting samples varies.In the indoor environment,the relative standard uncertainty of measurement is less than 5%.In the Western shale gas exploration field,the measurement data of the natural gamma logging instrument of cutting are in good agreement with the natural gamma logging data,which basically reflects the change trend of the formation gamma.
