摘 要:综述了水中典型溴系阻燃剂的降解与测定方法,重点介绍了多溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A、六溴环十二烷为代表的新型持久性有机污染物在水体中的分布状况和生物毒性,近年来国内外水体中溴系阻燃剂的降解方法以及检测方法的发展状况。分析表明:微生物法更适合大面积水体中溴系阻燃剂的降解,但微生物法的降解机理与优化条件的研究仍需进一步开展,同时提出了水中溴系阻燃剂的首选检测仪器与提取方案。The degradation and measurement methods of typical bromine flame retardants in water were summarized.This paper lays the emphasis on distribution and biological toxicity of new persistent organic pollutants represented by PBDEs,TBBPA and HBCDs in water,and the developing condition of degradation methods and detection methods of bromine-based flame retardants in water at home and abroad during recent years.The analysis shows that the microbial method is more suitable for the degradation of bromine flame retardants in large-area water.However,the research on the degradation mechanism and optimizing conditions of microbial methods still needs further development.Meanwhile,the preferred detecting instrument and extracting scheme for bromine flame retardants in water were proposed.
