平消胶囊结合盐酸安罗替尼对非小细胞肺癌疗效、生存期、生存质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探究平消胶囊结合盐酸安罗替尼对非小细胞肺癌患者疗效、生存期、生存质量影响。方法研究共计纳入125例非小细胞肺癌患者,均由医院2016年1月-2018年10月收治,以随机数字表法将125例患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者(62例)给予NC或NP化疗方案治疗,观察组患者(63例)在对照组治疗基础上联合平消胶囊及盐酸安罗替尼治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后中医症状积分变化、治疗前后两组患者肿瘤标志物指标变化、免疫功能指标变化,采取卡氏评分法(KPS)评估患者生存质量情况,并对比两组不良反应发生情况,治疗6个月后、12个月后患者生存率、患者对治疗满意情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率52.38%(33/63)高于对照组32.26%(20/62),P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者中医症状积分、糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白21-1片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)等肿瘤标志物水平、CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+4/CD^+8等细胞免疫功能指标相当,治疗后各组患者中医症状积分、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+4/CD^+8等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医症状积分、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+4/CD^+8等指标优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患者生命质量提高率(71.43%)高于对照组(48.39%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗期间均存在一定不良反应,可自行缓解或对症处理后缓解,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后6个月生存率(100.00%)与对照组相当(98.39%),P>0.05,治疗后12个月,观察组患者生存率(87.30%)高于对照组(82.58%),P<0.05;观察组患者治疗满意率(87.30%)高于对照组(67.74%),P<0.05。结论平消胶囊结合盐酸安罗替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌临床效果显著,患者症状改善,免疫力提升,生存质量提高,不良反应少,安全可行,且患者1年生存率提升,患者满意率高,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the influence of Pingxiao Capsule combined with anlotinibhydrochloride on the efficacy,survival time and quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods There were 125 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018.By a random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group(62 cases)was given NC or NP chemotherapy treatment.The observation group(63 cases)on the basis of the control group was given Pingxiao Capsule and anlotinibhydrochloride.We compared two groups’clinical therapeutic effect,TCM symptom scores,tumor markers index and the changeof immune functionbefore and after treatment.Thepatients’quality of life was evaluated by KPS,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.The survival rate of the patients after 6 and 12 monthstreatment and the patients’satisfaction with the treatment were also compared.Results The effective ratein the observation group 52.38%(33/63)was higher than that in the control group 32.26%(20/62)(P<0.05).Beforetreatment,two groups’Chinese medicine symptom integral,levels of tumor markers like carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),cytokeratin 21-1 fragments(CYFRA21-1),neural specificity enolization enzyme(NSE)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),immune function indexes such as CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8 were not significant.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,NSE and CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8 and other indicators were improved after treatment.TCM symptom score,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA,CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8 and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement rate of life quality in observation group(71.43%)was higher than that in the control group(48.39%)(P<0.05).Both groups had certain adverse reactions during treatment,which could be relieved by themselves or relieved after symptomatic treatment(P>0.05).The
