摘  要:随着中医脉诊客观化研究的不断深入,桡动脉脉搏波的时域特征以其直观方便的优势得到了广泛的应用,如何更准确地提取这些特征也就变得至关重要。本研究总结了目前常用的脉搏波时域特征提取方法,结合临床应用研究现状分析了其优势与不足,并探讨了改进策略,为进一步提高脉象时域特征提取的准确性提供了参考。针对非典型脉搏波降中峡易识别错误,本研究提出了脉搏波一次导数的极小值可以作为降中峡提取标志的假说,并通过285例临床样本进行算法验证,达到了95.09%的正确率。With the deepening of the objective study of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,the timedomain features of wrist pulse waveform have been widely used with its advantages of intuitive and convenient,and how to extract these features more accurately becomes very important.This paper summarizes the current mainstream methods of pulse waveform feature extraction in time-domain,and illustrates their advantages and disadvantages in combination with the actual clinical application,as well as the direction of further improvement,which provides a reference for further improving the accuracy of pulse waveform feature extraction in time-domain.In view of the situation that the dicrotic notch of atypical pulse waveform is easy to be misidentified,a hypothesis is put forward that the minimum value of the first derivative of pulse wave can be used as the extraction mark of the dicrotic notch.285 clinical samples are used to verify the hypothesis,achieve an accuracy rate of 95.09%.
