摘 要:对某电站锅炉过热器用12Cr1MoV钢管开裂原因进行分析探讨,从发现开裂时机组运行参数,利用金相、拉伸实验等对产生开裂原因进行深入分析。结果表明,过热器超温运行,负荷变化频繁是主要原因。此外,运行时煤种的变化也是次要原因。建议机组运行过程中,严格控制炉温,并再机组大修过程中仔细检查焊缝点周围材料特性变化,并做好相关数据保存,为能使用大数据评价机组健康寿命做好积累工作。The reason of 12 Cr1 MoV steel cracking used by super heater tube in utility boiler is studied. From the operating parameters of the boiler when cracking was found, the reasons of cracking are analyzed by metallographic and tensile test. The results show that the main reason is that the overheating service and the load changes frequently. In addition, changing in coal type during operation are also a secondary cause. It is suggested that during the operation of the unit, the furnace temperature should be strictly controlled, and the material characteristics around the weld point should be carefully checked during the overhaul of the unit, and the relevant data should be well saved, so as to make accumulation for the use of big data to evaluate the health life of the boiler.
