摘 要:直流输电是灵活、经济、高效地输送清洁电能的重要途径。极控系统作为换流站的核心二次设备,掌控着直流功率的设定、分配与调节过程。从换流站极控系统发出的“直流容量改变直流功率参考值”告警为出发点。在软件层面,搜寻了引起告警的一些重要程序变量,确定了对极解锁状态误判是中间因素,而对极电流采集丢失是关键因素;从硬件层面分析了对极电流的传输途径,提供了检修处理的步骤和定位故障点的方法,找到了告警事件的终端起因是EtherCAT光电转换模块。基于告警事件的分析与处理过程,提出了一些思考。Direct current transmission is an important way to deliver clean power flexibly,economically and efficiently.As the core secondary equipment of converter station,pole control system governs the setting,distribution and regulation of DC power.This paper starts from the alarm of"DC capacity changes DC power reference value"issued by the pole control system of converter station.Firstly,at the level of the software,this paper seeks out some important program variables causing the alarm.It is determined that the misjudgment of opposite pole unlocking state is the intermediate factor,and the loss of pole current acquisition is the key factor.Secondly,at the level of hardware,this paper analyses the transmission way of opposite pole current,and provides the steps of maintenance and the method of locating the fault point.It is found that the EtherCAT photoelectric conversion module is the terminal cause of the alarm event.Finally,based on the analysis and processing of the alarm events,this paper puts forward some thoughts.
