摘  要:中国科大少年班四十余年的实践探索,不仅为我国科技发展和人才强国战略孕育了大批高水平精英人才,更为我国拔尖创新人才培养提供了一个生动样本。基于"双超常教育"思想的视角,本文探讨了中国科大少年班在选拔、培养、管理和教学模式上的特色和成功经验。研究表明:少年班模式为我国拔尖人才教育提供了一条行之有效的参考路径;而以科学发展观为统领的"双超常教育",适应且将引领我国超常教育的实践与未来发展。More than 40 years of practice and exploration in the Special Class for the Gifted Young(SCGY)at the University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) has not only bred a large number of high-level elite talents for the development of science and technology and talent power strategy in China,but also provided a vivid sample for the training of top innovative talents.Based on the perspective of "double supernormal education",this paper discusses the characteristics and success in the selection,training,management and teaching mode of SCGY at USTC.Research evidence shows that the model of SCGY provides a path for the effective cultivation of top innovative talents in China,and double supernormal education,guided by the concept of scientific development,adapts to and will lead the practice and future development of China’s supernormal education.
