闽台联合培养本科人才项目效果研究——基于毕业生视角的分析

摘　　要：闽台联合培养本科人才项目实施十年,目前已经有7届毕业生。为了探究闽台联合培养本科人才项目的办学效果,本研究通过问卷调查结合访谈的方式对闽台项目毕业生的就业区域、就业行业、就业单位性质、薪酬水平、工作年限、就业途径和就业影响因素等情况进行了调查分析。同时针对闽台联合培养本科人才项目存在的不足,提出更具事实依据的改进建议。Fujian-Taiwan joint cultivation of undergraduate talents program has been implemented for ten years,and currently there have been seven batches of graduates.In order to explore the educational effect of the program,this study has investigated and analyzed the employment situation of the graduates by means of questionnaire and interview from the following areas:the employment region,employment industry,nature of the employment units,salary level,working years,employment channels and employment influencing factors.At the same time,to overcome the shortcomings of the program,some more fact-based suggestions for improvement are put forward.
