摘  要:本文采用原子转移自由基聚合法,以赭曲霉毒素A的结构类似物氯霉素为模板,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,氯化苄为引发剂,CuCl为催化剂,在86℃下反应6 h,合成了能够识别并吸附赭曲霉毒素A的分子印迹聚合物。利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜对聚合物进行表征;对聚合物吸附性进行测定,印迹聚合物的吸附容量明显高于非印迹聚合物,且吸附在4 min可达到平衡。将分子印迹聚合物作为柱填料,制备成固相萃取柱对饲料中赭曲霉毒素A进行提取富集,实验结果表明,分子印迹聚合物固相萃取柱可达到免疫亲和柱的分离富集效果。In this paper,the atomic transfer radical polymerization method is used to synthesize of molecularly imprinted polymers that can adsorb ochratoxin A,and the synthesis conditions are as follows:structural analog of ochratoxin A chloramphenicol(template):glycidyl methacrylate(monomer):ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(crosslinker)is 1∶5∶10(molar ratio),benzyl chloride(initiator)accounts for 0.5%of the total mass of monomer and crosslinker,cuprous chloride is used as a catalyst,and reacted at 86℃for 6 h.The polymers were characterized by FTIR and SEM.The adsorption of the polymers were studied.The adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymers were significantly higher than that of the non-imprinted polymers,and the adsorption reached equilibrium in 4 min.The molecularly imprinted polymers were successfully used as a solid-phase extraction sorbent for the extraction and enrichment of ochratoxin A in feed.The experimental results show that the molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction column can achieve the separation and enrichment effect of the immunoaffinity column.
