中西医结合对不同证型帕金森病抑郁疗效及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究中西医结合对不同证型帕金森病抑郁的疗效及认知功能的影响.方法:选择2016年1月-2017年1月在本院脑病科确诊为帕金森病合并抑郁患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各30例,对照组只给予文拉法辛治疗,试验组在使用文拉法辛的基础上联合中药汤剂治疗,在治疗三个月后对比两组的HAMD、MMSE评分.结果:试验组HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在治疗抑郁方面,试验组有效率是90%,对照组有效率是60%,试验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组不同证型MMSE评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝肾不足型评分高于其他证型.结论:中西医结合对不同证型帕金森病抑郁及认知功能的治疗效果要优于单纯西医治疗,而且可以显著改善患者的抑郁和认知功能.Objective:To discuss the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on various types of Parkinson’s depression and cognitive function.Method:A total of 60 cases of Parkinson’s depression in our hospital were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 as the research objects,they were randomly divide into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Venlafaxine.The experimental group was treated with Venlafaxine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.After three months of treatment,the HAMD and MMSE scores of two groups were compared.Result:The HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment of depression,the effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,the effective rate of the control group was 60%,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MMES of different syndrome types in both groups increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver and kidney deficiency scores were higher than other syndrome types.Conclusion:The effects of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on Parkinson’s depression and cognitive function are better than that of western medicine alone,it can significantly improve the depression and cognitive function of patients.
