肿瘤标志物和免疫组织化学指标在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:阐述不同分期胃癌患者肿瘤标志物、免疫组织化学指标的表达水平。方法:研究时间为2019年4-12月,研究对象为于笔者所在医院住院的胃癌患者92例,根据肿瘤分期分为4期,均检测血清肿瘤标志物指标并进行对比,结合患者病情等信息探究Her-2表达情况。结果:Ⅳ期患者肿瘤标志物水平均高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别患者免疫组织化学表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅳ期、肿瘤直径≥5 cm、已发生转移患者的免疫组织过度表达占比均高于其他患者,且Ⅰ期、肿瘤直径<5 cm、未出现转移患者的免疫组织低表达占比均高于其他患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标志物及免疫组织化学指标可作为临床诊断胃癌病情的参考标准之一,代表性较强,具有良好的应用价值,值得推广。Objective:To explain the expression levels of tumor markers and immunohistochemical indicators in patients with gastric cancer at different stages.Method:The study was started in April 2019 and ended in December 2019.A total of patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into 4 stages according to the stage of the tumor,and the serum tumor markers were measured and compared.And Her-2 expression was explored in combination with the patients’condition and other information.Result:The levels of tumor markers in patients with stageⅣwere higher than those of patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of immunohistochemistry in patients with different genders was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).While in patients with stageⅣ,tumor diameter was greater than or equal to 5 cm and metastasis,the proportion of over expression of immunohistochemistry were higher than those other patients,and in patients with stageⅠ,tumor diameter less than 5 cm and without metastasis,the proportion of low expression of immunohistochemistry were higher than those other patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tumor markers and immunohistochemical indicators can be used as one of the reference standards for clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.It has strong representativeness,good clinical application value,and is worthy of promotion.
