摘　　要：目的:对正常老年人和老年阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者进行认知功能评估及尿阿尔茨海默病相关神经丝蛋白(AD7c-NTP)检测,了解AD7c-NTP与认知功能的关系,探索AD7c-NTP对AD的预测价值。方法:选择老年AD患者及正常老年人作为研究组和对照组,各30例,分别采用简易精神状态量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评估两组认知功能水平,并检测两组尿AD7c-NTP水平,分析尿AD7c-NTP与认知功能的相关性。结果:研究组MoCA、MMSE评分均低于对照组,尿AD7c-NTP水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿AD7c-NTP与认知功能呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿AD7c-NTP水平可以反映认知功能水平,可考虑作为预测老年人认知水平变化的辅助检测手段。Objective:To evaluate the cognitive function of normal elderly and elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD),as well as the detection of Alzheimer’s disease associated neuronal thread protein(AD7c-NTP)in urine,to understand the relationship between AD7c-NTP and cognitive function,and to explore the predictive value of AD7c-NTP on Alzheimer’s disease.Method:The elderly patients with AD and the normal elderly were selected as the study group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.Mini mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)were used to evaluate the cognitive function of the two groups,and the AD7c-NTP level in urine of the two groups was detected to analyze the relationship between AD7c-NTP in urine and cognitive function.Result:MoCA and MMSE scores in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and AD7c-NTP level in urine was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AD7c-NTP in urine was negatively correlated with cognitive function,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of AD7c-NTP in urine can reflect the level of cognitive function,which can be considered as an auxiliary detection means to predict the change of cognitive level in the elderly.
