摘 要:维生素D缺乏是一个日益严重的问题,影响到世界上的很多人口。维生素D除了经典的调节钙磷代谢、促进骨骼生长发育的作用外,在骨外也具有广泛的生物学作用。维生素D受体在神经元及神经胶质细胞核中均有表达,而维生素D作为一种具有神经活性的类固醇激素,可以进入血脑屏障,通过调节神经营养因子的表达、提高γ-谷氨酰转肽酶的活性、预防氧化应激、调节钙平衡、调节免疫反应等发挥神经保护作用。同时,还可能与多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病、脑卒中等多种中枢神经系统疾病的发生、发展密切相关。Vitamin D deficiency is an increasingly serious problem affecting many people in the world.Vitamin D not only regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,promotes the growth and development of bone,but also has extensive biological functions outside the bone.Vitamin D receptor is expressed in neurons and glial nuclei.As a steroid hormone with neural activity,vitamin D can enter the blood-brain barrier,and play a neuroprotective role by regulating the expression of neurotrophic factors,increasing the activity ofγ-glutamyltranspeptidase,preventing oxidative stress,regulating calcium balance,regulating immune response,etc.At the same time,it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of multiple sclerosis,Alzheimer′s disease,stroke and other central nervous system diseases.
