摘  要:新生血管形成多见于肿瘤的生长,为增长迅速的肿瘤提供营养并带走代谢产物,也可见于创伤后切口的愈合过程。新生血管的形成是恶性实体肿瘤生长、转移的基础,目前通过有效抑制新生血管的形成治疗恶性肿瘤以及其他新生血管疾病已取得了很大进展。三氧化二砷(As2O3)具有强烈的抗肿瘤活性,用于治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病及某些实体肿瘤疗效显著,在抑制新生血管形成方面作用突出,主要通过活化并调节相关细胞因子的表达抑制新生血管的形成,其出色的抗新生血管性质已在临床多个学科与新生血管形成的疾病中被广泛应用。未来,应进一步研究As2O3通过调节相关细胞因子抑制新生血管形成的作用机制。Neovascularization is often seen in the growth of tumors,providing nutrition for rapidly growing tumors and taking away metabolites,which can also be seen in the healing process of wounds after trauma.The formation of neovascularization is the guarantee for the growth and even metastasis of malignant solid tumors.At present,great progress has been made in the treatment of malignant tumors and other neovascular diseases by effectively inhibiting the formation of neovascularization.Arsenic trioxide(As2O3)has a strong anti-tumor activity,which has shown a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia and some solid tumors,in the inhibition of neovascularization,have outstood.It mainly inhibits neovascularization by activating and regulating the expression of related cytokines.Its excellent anti-neovascularization nature has been widely used in many clinical disciplines and neovascularization diseases.In the future,the mechanism of As2O3 inhibiting neovascularization by regulating related cytokines should be further studied.
