摘 要:针对超高速弹丸在电磁轨道炮内运动稳定性问题,研究趋肤效应、膛内空气阻力和电枢-导轨间高速滑动摩擦阻力对弹丸运动稳定性的影响。建立电磁轨道炮系统动力学方程和Lyapunov运动稳定性分析模型,通过仿真获得弹丸膛内基本运动特征,分析不同电阻梯度和摩擦系数对弹丸速度、位移的影响。计算结果表明,趋肤效应引起电阻梯度的变化对于弹丸在膛内运动稳定性影响更加明显,弹炮系统设计中应考虑趋肤效应对弹丸运动的影响。The effects of skin effect,air resistance in chamber and high-speed sliding friction resistance between armature and rails on the motion stability of hyper velocity projectile in electromagnetic rail gun were analyzed.The dynamic equation of the electromagnetic rail guns system and the Lyapunov motion stability analysis model was established.The basic motion characteristics of the projectile chamber were obtained through simulation,and the influence of different resistance gradients and friction coefficients on the velocity and displacement of the projectile were analyzed.The results show that the effect of skin effect on the stability of projectile motion in the chamber is more obvious.It should be considered seriously during projectile and gun to design.
