西黄丸联合TP方案化疗对晚期宫颈癌效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析西黄丸联合TP方案化疗对晚期宫颈癌治疗效果。方法该次的研究对象方便选取2018年1月—2019年4月期间,该院收治的78例晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,各39例,对照组仅接受TP方案静脉化疗,观察组接受西黄丸联合TP方案静脉化疗治疗。结果观察组患者化疗总有效率为97.44%,略高于对照组的94.87%,但两组数据对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.394,P>0.05);观察组患者的免疫功能、肿瘤标志物、生存质量和癌因性疲乏程度以及不良反应发生率等,与对照组患者对比,差异有统计学意义(t=9.992、13.856、2.615、7.395、13.856、9.434、3.950、16.982、5.481、9.841,χ^2=4.523,P<0.05)。结论西黄丸联合TP方案静脉化疗对晚期宫颈癌的化疗效果良好,能够显著改善免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,提升其生存质量,值得被推广、应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Xihuangwan combined with TP chemotherapy on advanced cervical cancer.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 78 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019,and were convenient selection randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 39 cases.The control group received only TP intravenous for chemotherapy,the observation group received intravenous chemotherapy with Xihuangwan combined with TP regimen.Results The total effective rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was 97.44%,slightly higher than 94.87%in the control group,but the statistical difference between the two groups was not significant(χ^2=0.394,P>0.05);the immune function and tumor markers,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,and incidence of adverse reactions,etc.of the observation group,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.992,13.856,2.615,7.395,13.856,9.434,3.950,16.982,5.481,9.841;χ^2=4.523,P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous chemotherapy combined with Xihuangwan combined with TP regimen has a good effect on advanced cervical cancer.It can significantly improve immune function,reduce the level of tumor markers,and improve its quality of life.It is worthy of popularization and application.
