摘 要:为探讨国内南极磷虾产业专利技术的发展现状及存在的问题,运用文献计量法和文本挖掘法对在中国申请的南极磷虾专利信息进行挖掘和分析,包括总体概况、申请趋势与技术生命周期分析、专利空间和技术分布、申请人以及专利价值分析等。结果表明,国内南极磷虾专利技术研发处于发展期,专利技术层级有所提高,但国外申请人拥有的南极磷虾专利价值较高。应注重提高国内南极磷虾专利的质量,开展南极磷虾产业规划及战略的研究,从而为整个产业链的发展提供参考。The paper aims to discuss the current status and existing problems of patent technology development of Euphausia superba industry in China.Using bibliometrics and text mining methods,this paper analyzed E.superba patent applications in China,including overview,application trends and technology life cycle,patent space and technology distributions,applicants and patent value analysis.The results show that the research and development of China’s E.superba patent technology is in the development stage,and the level of patent technology has been improved.However,the value of E.superba patents owned by foreign applicants is high.Attention should be paid to improving the quality of China’s E.superba patents,and carrying out research on E.superba industry planning and strategy,so as to provide reference for the development of the entire industrial chain of E.superba in China.
