摘  要:目前国内对于超载超限车辆的治理和执法[1]普遍采用板式和条状传感器作为感知元件的动态称重系统,鉴于这两种动态称重系统受车辆自身振动信号的干扰,且没有一种行之有效的滤波算法进行彻底滤除,导致称重误差偏大、不能完全满足超载超限执法对称重精度[2]的要求。本文从车辆自身振动产生的原因分析入手,针对性的对平板式动态称重系统提出精度解决算法。At present,plate and strip sensors are generally used as sensing elements in dynamic weighing system for the governance and law enforcement of overloaded and over-limit vehicles in China[1].Given that these two dynamic weighing systems are interfered by vehicle vibration signals and there is no effective filtering algorithm to filter them thoroughly,the weighing errors are large and cannot fully meet the requirements of weighing accuracy[2]for overload and over-limit law enforcement.Based on the analysis of the causes of vehicle vibration,this paper puts forward a precision resolution algorithm for the flat plate dynamic weighing system.
