摘 要:针对动力配煤组成成分复杂、用户要求较高等问题,运用RBF神经网络建立考虑煤质组成、燃烧特性、成本价格、地质分布情况等多因数非线性动力配煤的数学优化模型,运用专业计算软件matlab进行求解,将求解后的优化方案应用于实际企业生产动力配煤中,获得用户期望的动力配煤优化方案及数据。根据用户的实际需求随时调整模型参数,结合用户方自动检测及调节设备,获得性能优良的煤种及较好地反映和满足用户的真实需求,为动力配煤方案的优化提供重要的参考。To the problems for the complicated composition of power coal blends and the high requirements of power coal users,a mathematical optimization model considering the coal quality composition,combustion characteristics,cost price and geological distribution for multi-factor nonlinear dynamic model of power coal blends have been established based on the RBF neural network,the models have been computed by the professional computing software matlab,the solution will be applied to the actual production of power coal blends,it can access to the user's expected power coal optimization scheme and data.According to the actual needs of users can adjust the model parameters at any time,the model combined with the user equipment to automatically detect and adjust the equipment,the research can access to excellent performance of coal and better reflect and meet the real needs of users,it provides an important reference for the power coal blends scheme optimization.
