摘　　要：文章以无锡石油地质研究所自主研发科研仪器管理为例,在分析管理中存在问题的基础上,针对性地提出相应的对策,并系统总结了该研究所通过长期自主研发科研仪器管理实践而建立的全周期管理模式,为类似研究机构自主研发科研仪器管理提供参考,在当前复杂多变的国际形势下具有重要的推广价值。Taking the management of independent research and development of scientific research instruments of Wuxi Petroleum Geology Institute of as an example,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on analyzing the problems existing in its instrument management.This paper also systematically summarizes the full-cycle management mode established by the institute through long-term management practice of independent research and development of scientific research instruments,which provides reference for similar research institutions.It has important promotion value in the current complex and changeable international situation.
