摘 要:经济奖惩指运用经济制度所具有的正激励和负激励机制,对人们的特定行为进行鼓励或纠正。经济奖惩有时会失灵,甚至事与愿违。本文深入研究来自新闻报道的教学案例,从经济学角度,探讨传统需求法则在经济奖惩失灵时的特殊体现,结合系统资源约束的“约束迁移”理论,提出了科学分析和解决经济奖惩失灵问题的新见解。同时,采用实证方法分析本研究案例中奖惩政策存在的不足并寻求相应解决方案,深化了该经济学教学案例分析。Economic rewards and punishments refer to the use of the positive and negative incentive mechanisms of the economic system to encourage or correct people's specific behaviors.Economic rewards and punishments sometimes fail,or even backfire.This article studies the teaching cases from news reports in depth.From the perspective of economics,it discusses the special embodiment of the traditional law of demand in the failure of economic rewards and punishments.Combined with the theory of"constraint migration"of system resource constraints,it proposes new insights for the scientific analysis and solutions to the problem of economic rewards and punishments failure.At the same time,it uses empirical methods to analyze the deficiencies of the reward and punishment policy in this research case and seek corresponding solutions,deepening the analysis of the economics teaching case.
