摘　　要：目的探讨间隙连接蛋白Cx43在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法收集我院2010年8月至2014年7月107例接受手术切除且经病理组织学确诊的NSCLC患者的临床病理资料。采用免疫组织化学法检测NSCLC术后肿瘤组织标本中Cx43的表达水平。分析Cx43表达与NSCLC临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果NSCLC组织中Cx43的阳性表达率为35.51%(38/107)。Cx43在NSCLC组织中的表达与病理类型、分化程度及Ki-67表达有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、吸烟与否、原发肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期及EGFR表达情况均无关(P>0.05)。Cx43阳性表达者的中位无病生存期(DFS)为17.5个月(95%CI:12.969~22.031个月),阴性表达者的中位DFS为20.0个月(15.934~24.066个月),差异无统计学意义(P=0.416)。结论连接蛋白Cx43在NSCLC组织中的表达与病理类型、分化程度及Ki-67表达有关,但与预后无关。Objective To investigate the expression of connexin 43(Cx43)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 107 NSCLC patients who underwent surgical resection and confirmed by histopathology in our hospital from August 2010 to July 2014 were collected.The expression of Cx43 in NSCLC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the expression of Cx43 and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of NSCLC was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Cx43 was 35.51%(38/107)in 107 cases of NSCLC.The expression of Cx43 was significantly correlated with histopathological type,differentiation degree and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05),but not related to gender,age,smoking,primary tumor size,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and EGFR expression(P>0.05).The median disease free survival(DFS)was 17.5 months(95%CI:12.969-22.031 months)in patients with positive expression of Cx43,and 20.0 months(15.934-24.066 months)in patients with negative expression of Cx43(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cx43 in NSCLC tissues is closely related to pathological type,differentiation degree and Ki-67 expression,but not related to the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
