摘　　要：近年来,随着内科药物的进展及立体定向外科放疗技术(SRS/SRT)的发展,全脑放疗(WBRT)在脑转移瘤治疗中的地位受到不断的挑战与冲击。本文就全脑放疗的历史、治疗模式、进展及相关争议进行综述,为脑转移瘤的治疗提供一定的参考。In recent years,with the development of systematic therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery or stereotactic radiotherapy(SRS/SRT),the role of whole brain radiotherapy(WBRT)in the treatment of brain metastasis has been constantly challenged and evolved.This paper systematically reviews the history,treatment mode,related progress and controversies of WBRT,providing useful references for the management of brain metastatic tumors.
