摘　　要：军事技术是用于军事领域的技术科学和应用技术的统称,在当代新军事革命的推动下发生了功能异化,表现为军事技术的存续会削弱其经济基础,并用暴力方式阻碍经济的进一步发展;军事技术从实战工具向威慑符号的转变或致其失控;军事技术对使用主体和客体同时支配并产生错位。资本增殖逻辑、战争形态演变和技术理性膨胀是引发上述异化的主要原因。从推动国际和平机制融合创新、完善军事技术国际治理规则和促成全球军控体系改革三个方面可寻求消解军事技术异化的途径。Military technology is a collective name of technological science and applicative technology used in military domain.It has been functionally alienated in contemporary military revolution,namely the development of military technology has to weaken its economic base and impede further economic development;military technology goes out of control when turning from war tool to strategical symbol;military technology domains both the subjects and objects.The logic of capital,the transition of war pattern and the expansion of technological rationality are the main causes of the alienation.The alienation could be eliminated in these ways:innovation and combination of international peace mechanism,improvement of international rule of military technology and reformation of global arms control system.
