HPLC同时测定涵睿胶囊8种有效成分及薄层鉴别

摘　　要：建立涵睿胶囊质量控制方法。采用小粒径色谱柱,基于多波长快速同时测定涵睿胶囊中8种有效成分;采用薄层色谱法对姜黄提取物和葡萄籽提取物进行定性鉴别。结果表明,红景天苷13.15~420.89 mg/L、酪醇12.54~401.12 mg/L、香豆素13.61~435.36 mg/L、槲皮素13.62~435.88 mg/L、山柰酚12.94~414.20 mg/L、双去甲氧基姜黄素17.93~573.64 mg/L、去甲氧基姜黄素12.32~394.32 mg/L、姜黄素17.02~544.52 mg/L,呈良好线性关系,8个成分的平均回收率分别为99.0%,98.7%,98.5%,99.3%,99.7%,99.8%,99.7%和100.2%;薄层色谱中可检出姜黄素和原花青素。所建立的检测程序可行,结果准确,可为涵睿胶囊质量控制水平提供参考。To establish quality standards of Hanrui capsules,the eight active ingredients in Hanrui capsules was determined by multi-wavelength using a small particle size column.Turmeric extract and Vitis vinifera extract were identified by TLC.The result showed that salidroside,tyrosol,coumarin,quercetin,kaempferol,bisdemethoxycurcumin,demethoxycurcumin and curcumin had good linear relationship respectively at the range of 13.15-420.89 mg/L,12.54-401.12 mg/L,13.61-435.36 mg/L,13.62-435.88 mg/L,12.94-414.20 mg/L,17.93-573.64 mg/L,12.32-394.32 mg/L and 17.02-544.52 mg/L.The average recoveries of eight active ingredients were 99.0%,98.7%,98.5%,99.3%,99.7%,99.8%,99.7%and 100.2%.Curcumin and proanthocyanidins could be detected in thin-layer chromatography.The method was feasible and accurate,and could be used as a reference for improving the quality control of Hanrui capsules.
