推拿配合痉挛肌治疗仪对脑瘫患儿粗大运动能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿配合痉挛肌治疗仪对脑瘫患儿粗大运动能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2019年6月收治的80例脑瘫患儿,按随机数字表法分为2组,试验组40例给予推拿配合痉挛肌治疗仪治疗,对照组40例进行推拿治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后股角和前臂旋后角度、粗大运动功能评分(GMFM)以及步行能力。结果试验组治疗有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);2组治疗后股角、前臂旋后角度和握力水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的股角、前臂旋后角度和握力水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后GMFM评分高于治疗前,其中试验组的GMFM评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后,试验组患儿的步宽小于对照组,步长和步速均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿配合痉挛肌治疗仪可提高脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能和步行能力。Objective To explore effects of massage combined with spastic muscle therapeutic apparatus on gross motor ability of cerebral palsy children.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy who were admitted from January 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with massage combined with spastic muscle therapeutic apparatus,while control group was treated with massage.The clinical curative effect,femoral angle and forearm supination angle,scores of gross motor function measure (GMFM) and walking ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,response rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group (82.50% vs 62.50%) (P<0.05).After treatment,femoral angle,forearm supination angle and grip strength level were in both groups were increased (P<0.05),which were higher in experimental group than control group (P<0.05).After treatment,GMFM scores in both groups were increased,which were higher in experimental group than control group (P<0.05).After treatment,step width in experimental group was less than that in control group,while step length and pace were larger than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with spastic muscle therapeutic apparatus can improve gross motor function and walking ability of children with cerebral palsy.
