摘  要:新型有机污染物(emerging organic contaminants,EOCs)对生物代谢和生态工程效能的影响受到密切关注。调控污泥生化过程稳定是确保污水处理厂出水水质的关键。为探究EOCs胁迫下污泥脲酶和海洋发光菌的应激效应,分析了阿奇霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素和乙酰螺旋霉素对脲酶和发光菌的毒性作用。结果表明,4种抗生素对发光细菌均呈现出不同程度的抑制作用,其EC50分别为30.05×10-5、71.70×10-5、108.6×10-5和63.44×10-5 mol·L-1;而在不同浓度梯度抗生素的胁迫下,脲酶呈现不同的应激反应,包括毒物兴奋效应和耐药性。抗生素对脲酶和发光菌呈现一致的毒性递减现象:阿奇霉素>乙酰螺旋霉素>红霉素>罗红霉素。研究结果为监控水生生态系统提供了基础数据,为评价EOCs的环境风险和预警污水处理工艺扰动性风险提供参考。The effects of emerging organic contaminants(EOCs)on processes of biological metabolism and performance of ecological engineering have been drawn close concern.Regulating stability of the sludge biochemical process is the key to ensure the quality of the effluent in municipal wastewater treatment plant.The single toxicity effects of azithromycin,erythromycin,roxithromycin,and acetylspiramycin on sludge urease and Photobacterium phosphoreum were analyzed.Different degrees of luminous inhibition by four antibiotics to Photobacterium phosphoreum were observed,the EC50 were 30.05×10-5,71.70×10-5,108.6×10-5 and 63.44×10-5 mol·L-1,respectively.The effects on sludge urease showed different stress responses,including hormesis and drug resistance,under different concentration gradients of four antibiotics.In general,consistent decreasing tendency of toxicity were obtained as azithromycin>acetylspiramycin>erythromycin>roxithromycin to urease and Photobacterium phosphoreum.This study could provide basic data for monitoring stressed effect of aquatic ecosystems,evaluating the environmental risks of EOCs,and early warning the disturbances in wastewater treatment processes as well.
