摘 要:机场净空范围是机场运行所需满足的重要指标,也是保证军用飞机能在民用机场安全起降的重要因素之一。通过分析军用机场与民用机场的净空要求,找出两者在净空区组成及规模之间的共性及差异性。将军用机场与民用机场障碍物限制面纳入同一坐标体系,筛选出有代表性的机场等级类型,建立分段函数模型。利用MATLAB软件进行求解,得到在端净空障碍物限制平面、端净空障碍物限制面及侧净空障碍物限制面民用机场所需满足的军用标准,并形成相应技术规范。结果表明,形成的技术标准能较好的满足军用飞机在民用机场的安全起降,所建立的模型具有很好的普适性,适用于其他跑道类型的净空范围计算,为军用飞机使用民用机场奠定了基础。The airport clearance range is an important index for airport operation,and also one of the important factors to ensure that military aircraft can take off and land safely in civilian airports.By analyzing the difference in the clearance requirements of military airports and civil airports,the commonness and difference between them in the composition and scale of clearance area are found out,upon the basis of which the obstacle limitation surface of military airports and civilian airports is also put into the same coordinate system,the representative airport grade types are selected,and the subsection function model is thus established.By using MATLAB software to solve the problem,the military standards that civil airports need to meet are obtained,upon the basis of which the corresponding technical specifications are formed.The results show that the technical standards presented in this paper can meet the requirements of the safe take-off and landing of military aircraft in civilian airports,and the established model has good universality and is suitable for the calculation of clearance range with other types of runways.The paper lays a foundation for military aircraft to use civilian airports.
