摘　　要：目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中胰岛素样生长因子ⅡmRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)表达及肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选择骨肉瘤患者70例,利用SP免疫组化法检测骨肉瘤和癌旁组织中的IMP3和MVD。分析骨肉瘤组织中IMP3的表达和MVD与患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Spearman等级相关分析IMP3与MVD的关系。结果骨肉瘤组织中IMP3的表达、MVD值高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。骨肉瘤组织中IMP3表达与肿瘤直径、Enneking分期、肺转移有关(P均<0.05);MVD值与肿瘤直径、Enneking分期、肺转移有关(P均<0.05)。骨肉瘤组织中,IMP3表达和MVD值呈正相关(r=0.493,P=0.001)。结论骨肉瘤组织中IMP3表达、MVD异常上调,与骨肉瘤的恶性程度密切相关,可作为骨肉瘤相关生物标记物的潜力。Objective To observe the expression of insulin-like growth factorⅡmRNA binding protein 3(IMP3)and microvascular density(MVD)in the osteosarcoma tissues,and to explore their relationship with clinicopathological parameters of patients.Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IMP3 and MVD in the osteosarcoma and paracancerous tissues from 70 patients with osteosarcoma.The relationship between the expression of IMP3 and MVD in osteosarcoma tissues and the clinicopathological parameters of patients with osteosarcoma was analyzed.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between IMP3 and MVD.Results The expression of IMP3 in the osteosarcoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissues(P<0.05),the microangiogenesis in osteosarcoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).In the osteosarcoma tissues,the expression of IMP3 was not related to gender,age or lesion site(all P>0.05),but significantly related to tumor diameter,Enneking stage,and lung metastasis(all P<0.05).MVD value was not related to gender,age or lesion site(all P>0.05),but closely related to tumor diameter,Enneking stage,and lung metastasis(all P<0.05).In the osteosarcoma tissues,the expression of IMP3 protein was positively correlated with MVD value(r=0.390,P=0.001).Conclusion The IMP3 expression and MVD in the osteosarcoma tissues are up-regulated abnormally,which are closely related to the malignancy degree of osteosarcoma,and can be used as biomarkers of osteosarcoma.
