摘　　要：饲粮矿物元素应用不当不仅导致家禽生产性能下降,还会导致资源浪费和环境污染。文章基于团队多年研究积累,提出家禽矿物元素营养势的概念:强调各矿物元素间的差别与联系,强调矿物元素不同来源的差别与联系。文章总结分析国内外家禽矿物元素营养调控技术最新研究进展,总体来看,近年来在饲料原料矿物元素数据库建设上取得一定进展,计算配方时逐渐由"总矿物元素含量"向"有效矿物元素含量"过渡;有关家禽机体矿物元素营养代谢的靶向调控技术较为缺乏,需要由单纯的机理研究转变为应用技术开发。文章还对几种主流的家禽营养需要推荐体系进行了分析,并预判了节矿减排未来发展方向,供行业参考。Improper dietary supplementation of mineral elements would decrease growth performanceand cause natural resource and environmental concerns in poultry production.In this paper,the con-cept of"Nutrition Power"has been introduced by summarizing the poultry mineral nutrition researchworks conducted by the Innovative Research Team of Animal Nutrition&Healthy Feeding at theNorthwest A&F University.The"Nutrition Power"system emphasizes the differences and interactionsamong mineral elements during the whole nutritional processes including but not limit to intake,diges-tion,absorption,metabolism,utilization and excretion.Also,we reviewed the current understandings re-garding mineral nutrition&metabolism regulating strategies developed in the last decades.Basically,major progress has been achieved in construct-ing mineral content database for feed ingredi-ents."Total-mineral-content"is replacing by"available-mineral-content"in the calculation ofpoultry feed formulas.However,novel technolo-gies for the targeted regulation of mineral nutri-tion&metabolism are still lacking.Future re-search should focus more on developing applica-tion technologies rather than pure-mechanism in-vestigations.We also compared the differences and similarities among mainstream mineral nutrition speculations widely used in the poultry industry.The direction of"mineral-conservation"research has been predicted,for reference only.
