摘 要:现代舞台多用齿轮齿条驱动装置实现舞台的各种运动。针对刚性驱动装置在运行过程中出现振动和噪声,影响舞台的运动平稳性和工作环境等问题,设计了链轮链板驱动结构。建立了驱动装置的模型,对驱动系统进行模拟仿真和动力学分析,并进行了实验检测。结果表明,链轮链板驱动装置具有柔性效果,消除了刚性驱动装置的缺陷,使舞台的传动平稳,噪声降低。该驱动装置已经应用于实际工程,证明了设计的合理性。The gear and rack drive devices are used to realize various movements of the stage in modern stage.Aiming at the problems of vibration and noise in the operation of rigid driving device,which affect the stability of stage motion and working environment,a sprocket chain plate driving structure is designed.The model of the driving device is established,and the driving system is simulated and dynamically analyzed,and the field test is carried out.The results show that the sprocket chain plate drive device has flexible effect,eliminates the defects of the rigid drive device,makes the stage transmission stable and reduces the noise.The driving device is applied in practical engineering,which proves the rationality of the design.
