摘 要:目的探讨SFRP1表达阳性率与上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤的关系,及其与β-catenin表达的相关性。方法收集2017年9月至2018年12月于西安交通大学第二附属医院就诊的85例上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤确诊患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组化法检测不同手术-病理分期、病理学分组、淋巴结转移情况下患者卵巢癌组织SFRP1阳性表达,Western blot检测上述不同情况时β-catenin蛋白表达,随后比较上述不同情况时SFRP1阳性表达及β-catenin蛋白表达的差异,并分析二者的相关性。结果不同手术-病理分期SFRP1表达阳性率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病理学分组SFRP1表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有淋巴结转移时SFRP1表达阳性率低于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同手术-病理分期β-catenin相对表达量不同(P<0.05),随分期增加而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病理学分组β-catenin相对表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有淋巴结转移时β-catenin相对表达量高于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤SFRP1平均阳性细胞百分比与β-catenin表达呈负相关性(r=-0.757,P<0.001)。结论上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤中SFRP1表达情况与β-catenin表达存在显著负相关,SFRP1可能通过Wnt/β-catenin信号通路参与上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤的发展及转移。Objective To explore the relationship between the positive rate of SFRP1 expression and epithelial ovarian malignant tumor,and its correlation withβ-catenin expression.Methods A total of 85 patients with epithelial ovarian malignant tumor diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from September 2017 to December 2018 were collected as research objects.The positive expression of SFRP1 in ovarian cancer tissues of patients with different surgical pathological staging,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression ofβ-catenin protein in the above diffe-rent conditions was detected by Western blot.The relationship between the positive expression of SFRP1 and the expression ofβ-catenin protein was analyzed.Results The positive rate of SFRP1 expression was different in different surgical pathological staging(P<0.05),but not in different pathological groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of SFRP1 expression in patients with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression ofβ-catenin was different in different surgical pathological staging(P<0.05),and increased with the increase of the staging(P<0.05).The relative expression ofβ-catenin in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the expression ofβ-catenin in different pathological groups(P>0.05).Pearson analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the average positive cell percentage of SFRP1 and the expression ofβ-catenin in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor(r=-0.757,P<0.001).Conclusion There is a significant negative correlation between SFRP1 expression andβ-catenin expression in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor.SFRP1 may participate in the development and metastasis of epithelial ovarian malignant tumor through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
